Do the detailed browsing on the easiest screen
A television remote is not always the best way to type a long title. Search PressPlay on your phone, check the year and save the film. When you move to the television, use the matching title in the viewing service available on that device.
Browser, casting or native app?
Some televisions can open modern websites, but browser support alone does not establish that every video player will work. A provider’s supported television app or casting feature may be the better fit. Check its own device list for your model, including consoles or streaming sticks connected to the screen.
Bring the correct episode with you
Use the series guide to note the episode number and name. My List and checkpoints remain in the browser that saved them unless you move a backup. They do not automatically change the watch history inside a television app. Start a short test of sound and subtitles before turning off the lights.
